Acknowledgement of Risks: • Guests acknowledge the potential hazards within the property, including stalactites, wet floors, and areas prone to falls during cave exploration and UTV rides. • By agreeing to these terms, guests accept all associated risks. Lodge Capacity and Policy: • Ideal occupancy is 8 guests; a maximum of 12 adults and children combined is permitted, strictly enforced. Pet Policy: • No pets allowed on the premises. • Exception for certified service animals; guests must register them by contacting Rayne Davidson, Manager, at 870-365-9785. Weddings & Events: • Prior approval and payment of a $5000 venue fee, plus a 3-night reservation, required for events with up to 50 guests. • No exceptions to this policy. Guided UTV Ride: • Complimentary UTV ride for up to 12 guests. • No refund if the UTV is undergoing maintenance or if weather conditions deem trails unsafe. • Tips for the guide are appreciated. • Any additional services provided by the onsite caretaker should be compensated accordingly. Cleaning Policy: • No cleaning fee is charged; guests are responsible for general cleanup and dishwashing before departure. Cancellation and Refund Policy: • 75% refund given if cancellation is made prior to one month before the stay. • No refund given for cancellations made 4 weeks or less before the stay, without exceptions. Preparation and Attire: • Guests are advised to come prepared with appropriate attire for a cool cave experience. • Access to the cave involves multiple low water bridges; 4-wheel drive vehicles are recommended.
